How much is delivery?

From 2012, we now use flat rate shipping, this means no added charges for extra items!
Shipping to the UK = £2.50
Shipping to elsewhere = £4.00

What are the delivery times?

Orders are processed between 24 hours, however may take a little longer over weekends and bank holidays, due to Post Office hours. We ship everything first class which generally takes between 1-3 working days. If you would like your items to be with you sooner or tracked on it's journey, we can send via Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery. Just drop us an email, tweet or Facebook post and we can organise a different method of delivery for you! International orders sent via airmail do take alittle longer, normally taking up to 10 working days

Returns

We're really sorry you're not completely happy with your product. This makes us a little sad inside. Alas, we may have a solution. Please look below and see if you are eligible for a return.
- You may return an item if it is in it's original, unworn condition and within 7 days of purchase. Postage is non-refundable.
- If you do send your item back to us, make sure your product is securely packaged for it's return journey. Padded envelopes, bubble wrap and lots of sellotape is appreciated.
- Please make sure you obtain proof of postage, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Scarlett Hearts HQ. Please note a return may not be issued if the item is lost and not received by us.
- Earrings, for health and hygiene reasons, are non-returnable unless damaged.
- Personalised jewellery is made to order, therefore returns may not be issued to those who have ordered personalised items.

I have looked at a product that I like but it is no longer on your website, is it still available?

We like to keep our products rotating pretty fast so everytime you look there are some new goodies to check out. If you did see something you like, just fill out the contact form, tweet or Facebook us and we will email you back and let you know if it's still available. If it is, we will be able to put it up on the website for you. If it's sold out but you would still really like it we will see what we can do about ordering it in for you :)

We only use your details for the purposes of your order. They will never be passed on to a third party

Product Care

We advise you to take care of items by not showering in them or sparying perfume directly onto them :) This will stop the alcohol in perfumes and shower gels damaging your little gems :)
